All custom dresses are made-to-order based on measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, lace placement, or design details may occur. These are not considered defects.

Custom Orders & Measurements

• Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements.

• We are not liable for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.

• Alterations after delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once production begins, changes to design, fabric, or measurements may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

Pricing & Payments

• Full payment (or required deposit) must be received before production begins.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Production & Delivery

• Production times vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

• Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they order well in advance of their event date.

We are not liable for missed weddings, events, or appointments due to late orders.

Shipping

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is shipped.

NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the custom-made and made-to-order nature of our products:

• We do NOT offer refunds.

• We do NOT offer cancellations once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Alterations & Adjustments

Minor fit adjustments are common for formal garments and are considered a normal part of the process. Customers may need to arrange local tailoring after delivery.

Custom Nature Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• The dress is custom-made specifically for you.

• It cannot be resold.
